Inspired by the Maldivian ocean, Nadee creates hypnotic studies of waves, tides, and the ever-changing movement of water. Working primarily in watercolour, she uses layered patterns, organic forms, and nature’s fractal geometry to bring each ocean scene to life. For Nadee, painting is as much about the process as the finished piece—a space for escape, reflection, and a deeper connection with nature.

At Oaga, Nadee has been a close contributer to Suvãsthi, where she continues to grow her practice and contribute to the evolving art scene in the Maldives. Curating the Veyogé Gallery Villa Exhibition since its commencement, Nadee has been consulting Oaga to expand the outreach for Maldivian artists. Her love for the ocean also flows into Oaga’s spaces, with her signature oceanic artwork featured across the murals of our Haruge Beach Villas.
