Housekeeping Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily housekeeping operations across guest villas, ensuring Oaga Art Resort standards are consistently met. Assign duties, inspect cleanliness, coach team members, manage supplies and equipment, coordinate maintenance and resolve guest concerns while promoting safety, sustainability and the Oaga culture.

Requirements: Relevant qualifications or a minimum of two years of relevant housekeeping experience, with strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. A guest-focused approach, attention to detail and the ability to solve problems and work calmly under pressure are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with housekeeping systems, cleaning procedures and safety standards are required.
