Terms & Conditions
- The Greatest All-Inclusive Plan is available only for stays of three (3) nights or more.
- Return combined speedboat transfer included on the Greatest All-Inclusive Plan. For the All-Inclusive Plan, transfer charges apply.
- The included activities are bookable only on arrival and subject to weather conditions and availability
- Activities can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance during the stay. If canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the activity will be considered utilized.
- The included activities are based on a weekly schedule of activities and specified times
- Guests are required to show passport upon check-in.
- Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
- Please inform Oaga Art Resort team of your expected arrival time in advance.
Getting to Oaga Art Resort
- After clearing immigration and exiting the arrival hall, our airport representative will be waiting outside with an Oaga Art Resort signboard to assist you to your combined speedboat transfer.
- Look out for our airport representative in the most colourful uniform at the arrival gate—they'll be there with an Oaga Art Resort signboard to welcome you.
- Your speedboat departure time will be shared with you no later than the evening before your arrival. From there, enjoy an estimated 45-minute speedboat journey across North Malé Atoll before arriving at Oaga.
- Transfers to Oaga Art Resort are operated as combined shared transfers with guests arriving within a similar timeframe. While we aim to minimise waiting times, there may be a wait of up to 3 hours.
- Maldives weather can be unpredictable. In the event of unfavourable conditions, speedboat departures may be delayed to ensure the safest possible journey to the resort.
- If you prefer a private speedboat transfer with no waiting time, private transfer options are available at an additional charge.

The plan includes Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner at Kaa Kada, where you can enjoy a dine-around experience with 5 street carts offering a global selection. Additionally, you’ll have access to an unlimited selection of alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages from the standard beverage menu at Raa Baa, as well as high-tea in the evening.
What is included in the mini bar of the villa?
The mini bar in the villa is refilled once a day and includes canned beers, soft drinks, packed juices, and wine bottles.
