Mamdhu
Oaga Creative
Inspired by music-driven art, Marvel and D.C. comics, and illustrated books, Mamdhu’s artistic world has been shaped by artists such as Harry Clarke, Moebius, Alex Grey, Max Ernst, and Salvador Dalí. Blending classical influences with modern expression, he has found his voice through digital collage and line art. For Mamdhu, art is a light—a way to explore the world, himself, and what it means to be Maldivian today. His work delves into contemporary Maldivian identity, culture, and the stories hidden within our history, mysticism, and traditions.

Genius in Illustration
At Oaga, Mamdhu has been an instrumental part of Oaga’s identity and brand. His illustrations crawl through the artworks, design and Oaga merch. He is also the artist behind the murals at our Bodu Haruge Beach Villas, weaving Maldivian myths and traditional folklore into his signature line art. His work extends to collaborating with Toxicrew on Haruge Beach Villa and with Keyolhu on Veyoge Gallery Villa Pools.
