Baa Badhige
Baa Badhige, meaning “Old Kitchen” in Dhivehi, is where guests can roll up their sleeves and discover the flavours of Maldivian home cooking. Created for our cooking classes, it offers a hands-on taste of local culture to take home with you. Its vibrant mural by Jaime adds a splash of colour, catching the eye of everyone passing along Bodu Haruge Street.

A Tribute to Rahvehinn
This vibrant mural was created by Wisconsin artist Jaime Brown, with assistance from the in-house artists at Suvãsthi Art Studio. The mural bursts with bright magenta tones, native island flowers, and tropical fruits, perfectly capturing the island’s lush, tropical charm. Jaime describes the mural as a joyful tribute to all Oaga Rahvehinn, designed to inspire happiness and brighten the day for those passing by on their way to work. The lively composition and striking colors invite a sense of celebration, uplifting the spirit and infusing energy into the everyday surroundings.
